The Service may integrate with Intuit QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) to import accounting data and push documents to your QuickBooks books. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time, which immediately revokes DocVision's API access
- Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's own Terms of Service

8.3 General Third-Party Terms
Third-party integrations are provided as a convenience and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. 9. Data Handling and Security
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, including data obtained through third-party integrations. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCVISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
